 Breathwork refers to intentional control &  manipulation of the breath, known as pranayama. This ancient practice involves various breathing techniques designed to enhance the flow  energy in the body.  Breathwork serves as a  bridge between the physical and mental aspects of yoga, aiding in  concentration, stress reduction, and the awakening of spiritual  awareness.
