What Is A One to One?

  

Your one-on-one yoga session will be tailored to your individual's needs, you can expect a personalized experience that prioritizes alignment, mobility, and flexibility. The session will begin with a discussion about your specific goals, concerns, and any physical limitations. I will then design a sequence of poses and exercises to address your unique requirements.


Throughout the session, emphasis will be placed on proper alignment to ensure that you are performing each pose with precision and in a way that suits your body. If you’re comfortable hands-on adjustments & verbal cues will be used to guide you into optimal alignment.

Mobility and flexibility will be key focal points, incorporating stretches and movements aimed at improving your range of motion. Expect targeted exercises to address specific areas of tightness & stiffness in your body.


The pace of the session will be adapted to your comfort level, allowing for modifications and progressions as needed. You will be provided guidance on breath awareness, helping you synchronize your breath with movement to enhance the overall experience and deepen your practice.

Ultimately, a one-on-one is a yoga session focused on individual needs, it’s a personalised journey that aims to enhance alignment, mobility, and flexibility based on your unique requirements and aspirations.

Our Instructors

Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practise of yoga with others. They provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in our classes.

The Plan

You will be booked in for a consultation to discus your individual needs, I will then develop a plan tailored to you. Our weekly 1-Hour meetings will focus on alignment, mobility, and flexibility. You'll also receive personalized videos for ongoing support between sessions. Embrace the inclusive spirit by joining my group classes for added community energy.
