Coming into class with a little bit of awareness helps everyone settle in calmly. There's a car park within eyesight of the hall, so arriving and getting in is easy. I provide blocks, straps, and spare yoga mats if you don’t have your own yet, just come as you are.
Try to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you have time to set up your matt and have time to settle in and ground yourself. Keep conversation light before class to support a peaceful start for all.
Take a moment to silence your phones before class begins. This helps to avoid distractions for yourself, and others.
