I strongly advocate that finding peace and happiness stems from living in the present moment. In our fast-paced society, there's a constant emphasis on constant "doing," often pushing us into autopilot mode. My mission is to guide you back to the essence of "being." Many find themselves in a state of unconsciousness, reacting without true awareness.
Through the practices of movement, breath, meditation, and self-reflection, I aim to help you reconnect with your authentic self, allowing you to embrace who you were always meant to be.
When I discovered yoga, I was going through a challenging period, grappling with mental health issues, and feeling physically worn down with constant pain. Yoga emerged as a transformative force, not only making me stronger, more flexible, and mobile but also facilitating social connections, emotional regulation, and a profound connection with my body.
It's not just a physical journey; yoga has fortified me mentally, enhancing my overall well-being and elevating my awareness. At Aspects Of Light, we believe that yoga is a holistic practise that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. We approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing.
Meditation is a great form of self care, it allows you a moment to observe the mind and connect with the stillness within.
