I strongly advocate that true peace and happiness stem from living in the present moment. In our fast-paced society, there's a constant emphasis on "doing," often pushing us into autopilot mode. My mission is to guide you back to the essence of "being." Many find themselves in a state of unconsciousness, reacting without true awareness.
As a philosophy tutor, yoga teacher, breathwork practitioner, and meditation guide, my work is centred around helping others reconnect with their authentic selves. Through movement, breath, meditation, self-inquiry, and philosophy, I offer a space to explore deep personal transformation—allowing you to embody wisdom, clarity, and inner stillness.
My journey into yoga and philosophy began during a challenging period when I struggled with mental health and chronic physical discomfort. Yoga was not just an exercise; it was a transformative practice that strengthened my body, enhanced my emotional resilience, and deepened my philosophical understanding of life. Over time, it became a profound path of healing, connection, and self-discovery.
