I'm a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga, as well as a philosophy tutor and breathwork practitioner. My work brings together yoga, meditation, breath, and practical philosophy, not just as tools for relaxation, but as ways to meet life with presence, clarity, and steadiness.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your head. My own path began during a difficult time, when chronic discomfort and low mental health left me searching for more than a quick fix. Yoga helped me build resilience, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It wasn't just movement, it was a shift in how I related to myself and the world around me.
Now, I guide others through that same journey, using gentle yoga, Yin, breathwork, and reflective practices rooted Vedic philosophy. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and accessible. Whether you're brand new to yoga or coming back to yourself after a long time away, you’re welcome here.
My sessions are slow, supportive, and centred on helping you come home to your body, your breath, and the present moment , where real peace begins.
Meditation is a great form of self care, it allows you a moment to observe the mind and connect with the stillness within.
