Our guided meditations focus on enhancing body & breath awareness, allowing you to cultivate an understanding of your physical and mental state. Through deliberate attention and focus , our meditations empower you to harness control over your attention for a more centered and mindful existence.
Upon arrival, you'll have the option to choose between a comfortable seated position in a chair, on the floor, or lying down. Our session will begin with a body scan aimed at reducing tension throughout various areas of your body. Following this, we'll focus on mindful breath awareness, contributing to the calming of the nervous system. This 30-minute practice is designed to enhance relaxation and promote a sense of inner calm
