Gentle Yoga - a Weekly Reset

Movement, Breath & Meditation

Ever feel like your mind’s a bit too full, your body a bit stiff, or you just need a moment to breathe?


This gentle yoga class is your weekly reset button. Designed to ease physical tension, quiet a busy mind, and help you feel more present in your body, it’s a calming, accessible space for anyone who wants to unwind, move with care, and feel more like themselves again.


I combine slow, mindful movement (asana), conscious breathwork (pranayama), simple balancing poses, and guided meditation & relaxation.


The pace is steady and soothing ideal if you’re tired, overstimulated, or just need time to land after a full week.


Each class includes:


  • Grounding meditation to help you settle
  • Breathwork to calm and focus the mind
  • Gentle yoga poses to stretch and strengthen
  • Relaxation to support deep rest and recovery

Just Come As You Are

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced, just come as you are. Props like blocks and straps are available to support your body in every posture.


Whether you’re dealing with tension, looking for more balance in life, or simply want an hour to yourself, this class offers a space to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
