Gentle yoga is a type of yoga practice that is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels, including those with physical limitations or injuries. It focuses on slow, controlled movements, gentle stretches, and breath awareness to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress reduction. This form of yoga is often considered suitable for beginners & seniors.
Our Gentle Yoga Class spans 1 hour and 15 minutes, providing an ideal duration to gracefully navigate our practice with mindfulness and gentleness. Additionally, it allows for a concluding relaxation session to seamlessly integrate into the experience.
